With one of their lowering kits you can lower your BMW G310R by 25 mm. Hyperpro doesn't shorten the springs, they use their knowledge about progressive springs to lower the bike by designing a special spring rate.
If original shifter is ok for your foot maybe you can get it to a desired position without hitting the side stand. As for SW Motech lower footpegs, they have rubber inserts that you can remove if you want. If you remove rubber inserts, they get 10mm lower. R1250GS 2021 Tripple Black.

The lowered seat isn't really worth it - I'm 163cm tall and have the GS - the lowered seat made a small small small difference in my situation. I'd rather have gone and bought a lowering kit from Rally Raid or something similar and ignore the lowered seat option all together.
