Can't get DI Definitive edition to run at 144Hz. By default, with VSync off, the game runs at 60Hz on my 144Hz monitor. Adding the value MaxRefresh (144) to Video.scr just resets the settings menu even if set to read only and still doesn't give me my desired refresh rate.
Well the definitive edition uses an entirely different build than what build was used for the original from what I can remember it uses the build used for Riptide as there's a lot of changes from the original down to its very core, an example will be with the throwables in the original took backpack space while in Riptide they were put in anSave your changes, restart Windows and close or disable all security software (antivirus software, system utility applications, firewall etc.) temporarily and also close all other software still running but not needed for playing Dead Island.
