just installed NFSU2 again and wanted to play it on PC with my PS4 controller. The problem is, that the game wont recognize controls if i want to use R2 and L2 button. I wanted them to shift up and down in drag races. I already tried everything (yes i have the widescreenfix from thirteenag but it also wont help).
They can vibrate old DirectInput controllers and have force feedback for wheels, but it doesn't work with Xbox or other Xinput controllers. You have to open the .ini file inside the scripts folder and edit the following line: ImproveGamepadSupport = 0. Change it to 1 if you are using an XBOX controller or 2 if you are using a PS4 controller. That should do the trick and make it work. Also remember to use an official controller, or to use a XInput emulator, otherwise it would not

This has been everywhere this week. As far I can make out they have just confirmed that the PS4 is capable of PS2 emulation. I could be wrong but I think there is some Star Wars game out that makes use of the functionality already.
